xNotify is built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you. We don't sell your personal information to advertisers. We don't use your data to train algorithms. We make money from subscriptions, not surveillance.

2. Information We Collect

When you use xNotify, we collect:

Account information: username, email address, and profile details you choose to share.
Content you create: posts, replies, media uploads, and community interactions — stored to display on the platform.
Usage data: basic analytics like login frequency and feature usage to improve the product. We do not track which posts you read or how long you look at them.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device info for security purposes.

3. What We Don't Collect

We do not read or analyze your direct messages. DMs are end-to-end encrypted.
We do not build behavioral profiles for ad targeting.
We do not track your activity across other websites.
We do not sell or share your data with data brokers.

4. How We Use Your Information

Display your content to your followers and public audiences
Provide and improve the xNotify platform
Process subscription payments
Detect abuse, spam, and violations of our community guidelines
Send essential account notifications (security alerts, billing)

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

Infrastructure providers: hosting services required to operate the platform.
Payment processors: to handle subscription and creator payments securely.
Legal requirements: when required by law or to protect user safety.

6. Data Retention & Portability

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can export all your data (posts, followers, media) at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security including TLS encryption, encrypted databases, and regular security audits. DMs use end-to-end encryption — we cannot read them even if compelled to.

8. Your Rights

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies. No third-party analytics.

10. Changes
